A special thanks to Cllr Justin Tomlinson, Prospective Parliamentary Candidate for North Swindon, for his support and encouragement. Cllr Sinead Darker "I am really thrilled at our success this year. By voting this year, Residents in St Philips endorsed all the hard work that is going on in this town, which the Conservative Group has led on.
